We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. All sales are final. 

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if approved, provide a replacement or resolution. 

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout or delays caused by shipping carriers.
